The Shipping and Returns Policies for Classic Game Junkie. Includes Store Pickup information.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping | In-Store Pickup | Returns


Shipping:

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.

USPS Ground Advantage: (formerly First Class) Estimated 2 to 7 shipping days, Monday through Saturday delivery.

FedEx Ground: Estimated 1-5 shipping days, Monday through Saturday delivery (cannot deliver to PO Boxes). Orders process in 1 business day.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-3 shipping days, Monday through Saturday delivery. Orders process in 1 business day.

USPS Express Mail: Guaranteed 1-2 shipping days, Monday through Sunday delivery in most areas (signature required). Orders process in 1 business day.

FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Shipping: These express options are available for delivery Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Free Shipping, USPS, and FedEx Ground delivery times are approximate estimates provided by USPS and FedEx for domestic shipping on regular business days. Transit times are estimations and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Actual delivery times may vary based on optimal conditions and are not inclusive of factors like adverse weather, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.

International shipping times differ by country, and any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that Classic Game Junkie is not accountable for any delays caused by carriers.


IN-STORE PICKUP:

Store Pickup is available at either of our two retail storefronts in Glenside, PA or Lansdale, PA. Your item will be available for pickup the next day at our Glenside, PA location, and within 1-3 business days at our Lansdale location.


An Email alert will be sent the email address provided in your account when your product is available for store pickup.


Items will be held on-site for 30 days. If you are unable to pick up your item within the allotted time, the item will be returned to inventory, and a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item.

RETURNS:

1. Please contact us via Phone or EMAIL with details on why you wish to return your product

2. Print out the supplied form and fill in all requested information

3. Please make sure to included the filled out form in the package with the returned product

4. Ship your return to the provided address

5. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will happily process your return/refund/replacement!

NOTE: Turnaround time for returns is typically 2-4 business days from receipt of product.
